Today was my first visit to this office and everyone was very nice. They are thorough with their assessment and education on how to prevent issues with your teeth in the future. I would definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Greg and the team at Briarwood Dental Center have done a wonderful job with my family and me. The team always treat us with respect and work very hard to accommodate my large family. We usually all go in at the same time (8 of us - children 1yo-10yo) and get seen with two hours. Most importantly, Dr. Greg takes extra time to ensure that children have a great experience so they don't have any anxiety about dental visits. Keep it up Briarwood!!

Just had my first dental visit for a cleaning with an eight month old baby with me. I was extremely nervous about the whole experience. My hygienist Patty was more than amazing! She was extremely thorough, very gentle, and was so wonderful with my eight month old. I was able to still relax during my cleaning since Patty paid great attention to not only my teeth, but my son as well. Dr. Stephen-Hassard who did my exam came in the room with high spirits entertaining my son by singing. He even put a new glove on to check my baby’s gums just to get him use to the environment and experience. I don’t know who had a better experience ...my son or me :) very impressed with how clean everything was, I felt very safe having my 8 month old there during Covid and everyone was so nice towards us!

Such a pleasant place to walk into. Always a positive atmosphere such as Dr. Stephen-Hassard singing all the time. It really makes it tolerable being in there for any procedure.

Today was my daughter’s first appointment at a dentist (she is four). I’ve been dreading this day for months; fearful she would lose her mind and scream and thrash around and all the things that a toddler would typically do - leaving her mama to look like this and to feel helpless. It was because of the dental assistant that my daughter cooperated so well! She engaged with her the entire time - explained everything she was doing - had such a calming voice - made her giggle... I couldn’t be happier! I wanted to hug her when it was all done but, well, covid. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thank you for making my daughter’s first experience with a dentist a positive one!!

The dentist can be a little intimidating to a 4 year old, but the staff at Briarwood Dental were so patient and accommodating to mine and his three siblings who were there too!! I have been a patient at this office since I was a child myself and while the faces have changed over the years the atmosphere is just as amazing. Love all the staff here and thankful for how awesome they were with all my kiddos to make going to the dentist with 4 kids an easy enjoyable trips with lots of smiling faces!!!

I stumbled across this gem of a dental office a few years ago and can't possibly imagine going anywhere else. Dr. Noland is incredible! He does beautiful work on teeth and explains everything in a way that is understandable. Dr. Steven Hazard is also an incredible dentist. He is wonderful with my children! The staff is kind and thoughtful and always try to work with you whether it be scheduling billing!

I feel I've been in the best hands with Dr. Boyd and his team. His assistant has been so helpful. Ann, the hygienist, is amazing and thorough. I've been comfortable and informed in their care. The front office personnel are pleasant and they make scheduling and insurance work very convenient. I'm so pleased to have found Dr. Boyd.

My daughters and I had to change dentists due to insurance. We were apprehensive as we had been with out prior dentist for over 10 years. Our expectations were beyond exceeded when we landed at Briarwood Dental. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming . Our cleanings were extremely gentle and detailed. We have also had fillings and they were absolutely painless . Highly recommend!!!

I have always hated going to the dentist, yet after having a tooth emergency, I was taken care of by Dr. Noland, who was amazing! he also repaired a front tooth that turned out amazing! I highly recommend this office and especially Dr. Noland. I have sent several friends to this practice as well.

We have been going to Briarwood Dental Center for many, many years. They are all professional people that work there. The rooms are always kept neat and clean. They always call before your appointment to remind you of it. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough positive things about Briarwood. Their front desk staff are kind and patient every time I call in. Today Dr. Stephen-Hassard squeezed me in to repair a broken tooth and I can’t be more grateful. I regularly see Dr. Noland and love him. He’s so understanding about my dental anxieties. He’s begun seeing my toddler and slowly introducing her to dental care. Their office is judgment-free and their empathy goes a long way after a history of long-running bad experiences with other practices. Absolutely recommend their office

I started my journey with Briarwood back in early November 2019 wishing for a miracle but fearful of judgment and the process(my teeth were in serious and terrible condition). During my initial visit for a consultation all those fears were laid to rest and a plan of treatment was clearly explained. Throughout the next couple months and multiple visits I felt better and better and all of the amazing staff quickly became more like close friends as we worked together to create this wonderful new smile that far surpasses my hopes and expectations. I could never thank them enough for all that they have done for me. I love my new smile beyond what any words could express.

I have been going to Briarwood for seven years now. I go for my regularly scheduled cleanings every six months and the entire staff are fantastic. They have done more than just a cleaning session and never have I felt disappointed. Let me say this: previously I have only gone to a dentist for emergencies only. I have feared dentists my entire life. This is how I came to Briarwood with a dental emergency and I have never turned back! I’m no longer fearful or nervous and recommend Briarwood highly. My in-laws recently moved to the area and are impressed! (which says a lot). Thank you Briarwood!

Been going to BDC for more than five years. They've always been professional and very accommodating when it comes to making an appointment around my schedule. I have had some serious issues which they have repaired. I like the idea that they will explain what they are doing as a procedure is being done.

Great with children!!!! Can’t say enough how great everyone is with children. I took my 4-year-old to a “pediatric” dentist thinking they would be the best for kids. I was wrong everyone here was better! My husband went here and told me to call them for our daughter because he had a great experience. My daughter ended up needing 3 fillings and they were wonderful. They made her feel comfortable and explained what they were going to do beforehand and just all over great. Highly recommend for the whole family!!!

I’ve been going here for just over 12 years. Back in 2008 I was hit by a car as a pedestrian in a crosswalk, the only thing damaged/broke was my front two teeth. I was 13 & this was devastating to me. They stayed open late for me just to handle what needed to be done for me back in 2008 and they have seen me through the entire process since! They are extremely friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. They always have been good to me. They actually do care what my opinion is on my teeth, they talk me through everything and make sure I fully understand before the process of anything is started. I am blessed to have found them as a dentist's office and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I would recommend them to any and everyone

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!!! From the front desk to the dental chair they are superb! Everyone is extremely kind and patient. My daughter (7yrs old) loves everyone here. She's so excite to go to the dentist (wow). Her favorite person there is Kathleen, they are best friends. If you dislike going to the dentist like most of us, God has made a way to put your mind at ease : )

Best dentist office in Berkeley county area. Dr. Boyd is great along with the rest of the staff from the secretaries up front to the hygienists and so forth. I received a deep cleaning from them along with a set of crowns and they did a wonderful job. Furthermore, they take TRICARE which is great! Awesome place and highly recommend. 10/10!

Dr.Noland and his team are amazballz!! They turned a insecure smile into one that doesn't mind showing off..can't thank them enough. Very clean and professional setting. And they even sing to you which doesn't sound half bad..so happy I found this place!! Thanks guys your truly amazing!!!

Briarwood Dental was simply amazing! This was my first visit and every aspect of my visit was phenomenal. From the receptionist to the dental hygienist and finally the doctor. I had to bring my daughters with me and the office staff was so understanding and patient with all their many questions and activeness. They were very considerate and understanding of my schedule while looking for follow up appointments. My insurance benefits were thoroughly explained as well. I was truly impressed with how professional, accommodating, and amazing they were!

Honestly the best dental center I’ve ever been to in my life. I’ve got a list of reasons:
The lady at the check out, Kelly, is the absolute sweetest and does her best to make sure everyone leaves happy and that their bills are handled in the way best for them.
The dentist, Dr. Patrick Noland, for his part has been extraordinarily accommodating. He lets you know when there’s things you need to work on in a way that doesn’t make you feel bad, and gives praise as he sees improvement. He communicates clearly and effectively, and he’s a pretty fun guy to listen to while he works.
His assistant we’ve asked to be there for every procedure we’ve had, Kathleen, is one of the funniest and sweetest folks I’ve seen in any medical setting in my whole life. Between her and Dr. Noland, they’ve undone years and years of dental trauma my partner has had, being autistic and struggling with their teeth, and has made them feel significantly better about their mouth and more comfortable asking for help. I haven’t had a regular dentist in years, but they’re fixing me up right, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Briarwood is the best! I have only started going there recently and to say the least, I've needed some extensive work done for years now. I was super nervous about going to a dentist and put it off for a long time. Thank God I chose briarwood. They are the nicest staff and extremely professional. The made me feel so good and helped me in my process more than I could of imagined. You cannot go wrong with this wonderful office. Thank you everyone.

I was very satisfied with the friendliness and care from Dr. Noland, his nurse and the rest of the staff that I had spoke with. He did amazing on the dental work that I had done and am looking forward to continued dental care from that office.

As always, the whole team is very professional and care about the patients care and pain level. I drive 75 miles one way from home to go there for my care. Brie was very good at her job.

The personnel are great! I had a crown crack and Dr Boyd called me the same night and got me in as soon as the office opened. Haley, staisha and Caroline took good care of me. They were proficient and made me feel comfortable. I cannot express how excellent their team is. Pleasant staff and accommodating.

For being someone who has a literal mental breakdown when having to go to the dentist, this place has been hands down, the best experience I have ever had. I would recommend anyone who has ever had a bad experience to give Briarwood Dental the opportunity to change your life experiences.
